Elizabeth comes from a musical family, and began leaning the piano with her grandmother at 4 years old. After pursuing other band instruments while in middle and high school, she started focusing on the piano again in college where she took up private lessons in classical, jazz, and improvisation.

 

In 2020, she completed her B.A. from CSU Fullerton where she studied with Grammy Award-Winning composer and arranger Bill Cunliffe, playing under in his direction in the Fullerton Jazz Orchestra and various Jazz Small Groups.

 

Elizabeth has a versatile background in 

music arranging, theory, improvisation, history, pedagogy, and over 10 years of experience in teaching students of all ages and levels. She loves getting to connect with people through music, and in her spare time enjoys cooking, photography, and painting.
